Position Overview & Specifications
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the company, including project management, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in operations management, preferably in the medical education or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects and implementing process improvements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze data and drive operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Solid financial acumen, including budget management and cost optimization.
