We are looking for an Operations Manager to come and join our diverse team and support us with our growth plans.
As the Operations Manager you will be responsible for the overall management of the team. The Operations Manager role is a pivotal position that will support us with our growth plans.

· Support our team of managers to drive excellence and business performance
· Drive innovation and implement any projects that will support our business objectives

Experience
- Management experience in a hospitality setting (FM experience would be great but not needed)
- Excellent people management skills
- The ability to motivate and build a rapport with your team
- An innovative approach to identifying and resolve challenges
