Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
- Identify the insurance needs of clients and recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Work with insurance carriers to negotiate coverage and pricing to ensure the best possible terms for clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, trends, and regulations.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and earn uncapped commission.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to clients, including claims assistance and policy renewals.
- Participate in networking events and industry conferences to generate leads and build your professional network.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales or brokerage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- A good understanding of insurance products and industry trends.
