Role : Regional Director
Location : Surrey
We are currently looking for an self-motivated and influential Regional Director to oversee a portfolio of 12 Care Homes within our Surrey region. The successful candidate will have a proven record of leading a successful portfolio of homes, inside the care sector.
Care UK is one of the highest rated and fastest growing healthcare providers in the country: delivering the highest quality of care and fulfilling lives is at the heart of what we do! We are experts in our fields, with over 150 homes and day clubs across the UK, providing expert respite, residential, nursing, dementia and end-of-life care for older people.
Having just acquired 26 new homes from Sunrise/Gracewell, we have successfully grown our portfolio to 150 Care Homes nationwide making us one of the largest and most ambitious care providers in the country.

We have an excellent operations team who will work with you every step of the way. A Director who has vision, imagination and determination who can hit the ground running.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as LA/CCG/CQC through sound knowledge of statutory and legislative requirements
