Macclesfield supported Living Network, provide individualised and person centered care and support to individuals living in their own homes. People are supported to lead fulfilled lives, participate in their local community, maintain tenancy agreements.
Support can be provided over 24 hours and is focused on maximising people's independence, choice and control and includes medication, money management and all aspects of daily living. The networks work in partnership with the individual, parents and families and a range of other services to ensure that people's choices, aspirations and preferences are reflected in how their service is provided.

10 x Permanent Grade.4 Community Support Worker (supported living) 35 hours per week, located at Macclesfield Supported Living Network.
Providing support over a 24-hour period, focused on maximising people's independence, choice, and control. We work in partnership with the individual, parents and families and a range of other services to ensure that people's choices, aspirations, and preferences are reflected in how their service is provided.
The job holder must have the right values, be friendly and have a positive approach, previous experience is not necessary as full training will be given. There is a requirement to be flexible, to be part of a rota which comprises working weekends, bank holidays on an early and late basis with occasional sleep-in shifts.
Support provided consists of all aspects of daily living (personal care, food preparation, administration of medication and managing finances).
The service operates over 24 hours. Starting pay £11.18 per hour up to £11.39 with time and half at weekends, and all Bank Holidays except Xmas Day and Boxing Day which are double pay.
