Coast Care Homes Ltd are a family run business based in East Sussex. We have been providing high quality, person centred care since 2004. With three Residential Care Homes, a Step-Down Nursing Unit, a Domiciliary Care Service and a Healthcare Agency, Coast Care are committed to improving the quality of life and creating positive outcomes for all those we care for.

We are looking for both Day & Night Care Assistants at our Care Home in St Leonards on Sea. No previous experience is necessary as we provide all our own in house training through a comprehensive induction programme. Successful applicants must be able to demonstrate willingness to work as part of a team and have a passion for helping others.

The Role:
- Assist and support residents throughout day and night to meet their care needs
- Follow guidance and instruction from Managers and Team Leaders
- Ensure care delivery is in line with current care plans and individual wishes
- Monitor the wellbeing of clients throughout every shift and act and report any concerns that may arise
