Position Overview & Specifications
Location: Fully Remote β work from anywhere in the UK with potential to travel to one of our offices occasionally. We also offer office-based positions, in our Derry, Sunderland or Skipton offices.

We are looking for people who are brilliant at engaging with customers to join our Collections Customer Assistance team. With interest rates rising, our customers need our support more than ever and many have questions about their options right now. Youβll be trained to provide effective support to help customers manage their mortgage payments and get back on track, dealing with a range of queries and requests quickly and effectively.
No two calls will be the same: you could be speaking to customers at any stage in the collections process. By understanding the needs of the customers that you are talking to and providing a long-term solution you will be helping them on their road to financial recovery. We will train you on everything you need to know. Whatβs more, while you may start as a collector, weβre proud to offer development opportunities across our business β we support your progression into more senior roles through continuous development and structured career pathways.
Weβre offering a generous starting package with excellent bonus earning potential and many other company benefits:
- Minimum of Β£23,634.28 starting salary based on a 40-hour contract. 35-hour contracts are also available.
- Immediate bonus earning potential of up to Β£2,204 per annum. Up to Β£1,101 is paid every 6 months and youβre eligible from your first month with us!

- 33 days holiday per year (incl. bank holidays), with the option to buy up to 5 extra days
