A wonderful opportunity has arisen within Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust for a senior peer support worker to help develop our lived experienced workforce further. This post has the opportunity to be a development post starting at a band 4 and moving to a band 5 once competencies have been achieved. We really want to work with you to support your career in this important profession.
By using your own lived experience of recovery and experience as a peer support worker you will go on to supervise, train and recruit more peer support workers for our front-line services.
The ideal candidate will have a good level of experience as a PSW, evidencing peer support values and principles in daily practice, be PSW trained and have or be willing to receive further PSW supervisor training.
This post holder can be full time or part time but willing to support people over the whole service area across Coventry and Warwickshire.
