Position Overview & Specifications
The Graduate Engineer will be a key member of the project delivery team supporting the delivery of a range of M&E projects.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work as part of the project delivery team to ensure delivery of the project on time and within budget.
- Provide support to Contracts Manager and delivery teams.
- Review and understand the contractual requirements (Customer specifications, local regulations, codes, and standards) and prepare the requirement specification for the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Manual preparation.
- Collaborate with the relevant stakeholders to collect the necessary project information required.
- Preparation of O&M manuals and project documentation, in the required format and on time, reviewing and updating as necessary
- Seek clarification on data and information and deal with any queries arising around the documentation and resolve effectively.
- Continually review quality on input and outputs of O& M
- Assist in the design process and ensure that all others involved in design processes are informed of any changes to the client's specification.
- Provide support to site, construction and remote delivery teams at all stages.
- Adhere to all Enisca’s policies and procedures.
Person Specification
- Third level engineering qualification
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work on own initiative, as part of a team and independently.
- Ability to plan, manage and prioritise own workload.
