Steuerung und Priorisierung des Projektportfolios inkl. Ressourcenplanung in Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen
Sicherstellung der Projektumsetzung unter Einhaltung von Terminen, Budgets und Qualitätsstandards
Weiterentwicklung und Standardisierung von Projektmanagement-Methoden und -Prozessen
Identifikation und Steuerung von Projektrisiken, regelmäßiges Reporting an die Geschäftsführung

Qualifikation

Abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, BWL) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement
Fundierte Kenntnisse klassischer und agiler Projektmanagementmethoden
Ausgeprägte Führungs-, Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
