Position Overview & Specifications

An Overview

Founded in 2005, Footasylum has a proven track record in the inception of Own Brand labels in the UK and European markets. Brands such as Glorious Gangsta, KWD, Monterrain, and Zavetti are notable examples.

Knowing of the opportunity that exists to grow the business' multicategory Own Brand proposition further, BrandASYLUM has been formed. This new business unit aims to increase this proposition's commerciality and brand legitimacy through targeted investment in strategy, people, and time. BrandASYLUM is a new addition to the Footasylum group, so the business unit requires you to have an entrepreneurial mindset and approach. You should have a firm understanding of best practices in the areas of expertise but have the agility in the process to adapt to the needs of the brands. In addition, you will work with the internal content creation centre to capture assets to support all channels.

Visibility: Leveraging the desirability of our Own Brands developed through creativity, you will maximise relevant visibility through marketing channels. This will be achieved by creating a marketing calendar by Brand, managing the budgets, creating marketing campaigns, and monitoring the effect to improve the approach moving forward.

Responsibilities.

  • Creation and execution of Brand Marketing strategy.
  • Analysis of our Brand's perception and success of marketing campaigns.

We know that this will help us build useful and accessible things which our customers will love. This is great news for our business. Diversity for us is also, importantly, about building happy teams full of people that want to learn and want to be inspired by each other and our different experiences and backgrounds.
