Midford Manor is a luxurious, state of the art care home offering residential, dementia and nursing care with a difference. With our unique ‘Welcome Home’ approach to caring for our residents, we are committed to providing relationship-centred care, individual to each and every resident and their personal needs.
We are looking for care and wellbeing assistants to join our team in our beautiful home.
The role of the care and wellbeing assistant is to provide the highest level of relationship centered care to residents, ensuring meaningful occupation is woven into daily life. Making sure all statutory and regulatory requirements are met and care is aligned to codes of conduct, Hallmark’s policies and procedures and Charter; ensuring that everyone is treated with respect and dignity. To contribute to the achievement of the Hallmark Care Home Vision: “to be recognised as the leading provider of high-quality relationship focused care for all residents.”

No specific qualification is required, however QCF Diploma Level 2 / NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is desirable or willingness to work towards is desirable we are ideally looking for:
