HSB Technical are currently recruiting for a number of skilled Boatbuilders / Joiners / Carpenters to work on first and second fix on new build marine vessels.
Requirements –
* Good knowledge of 1st & 2nd Fix
* Able to understand and work from technical drawings
* Confident in installing and assembling bespoke units
* Final fitting of hard ware windows, sinks and other parts of the yacht
* Scribe in units, trim & adjust.
* Work closely together with other trades
* Help lay teak decking
* Competency to work with tight tolerances.
* Seeks to pursue perfection, with a coach able and engaged attitude
There is the opportunity to work 50+ hours a week as a contractor in the role, long term contract
Ideal candidates will have to supply own tools, for this role.
NVQ level 2 / 3 in Boatbuilder / Carpentry / Joiner or apprentice trained.
Must have worked within the marine industry.
