Position Overview & Specifications
As a Front Office Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests! Good first impressions, providing exceptional guest service and a positive attitude is key for success in this role!
At the Ibis Budget Leicester no one day is the same. Your duties will be spread across multiple areas within the hotel: effectively checking-in guests, responding to emails, assisting the food & beverage department, answering phone calls and much more. Our ideal candidate will be attentive, focused and forward-thinking!

Job Description
· Check-in/greet guests, visitors and key stakeholders to our hotel
· Respond to enquiries via telephone or email
· Respond to all extranet booking enquiries
· Collect payment via PDQ card terminals or cash
· Monitor guest reviews and feedforward crucial guest comments to the team
· Basic clerical and administrative tasks
· Assist the food & beverage department
· Maintain the appearance/cleanliness of the front office
· Foresee and undertake shift opening/closing procedures
