SAP Business Analyst

• Provide functional and configuration expertise in support of SAP ERP and related applications and interfaces with focus on Purchasing/Materials management (MM), Plant Maintenance (PM) and Warehouse Management (WM).
• Coordinate and actively participate in all stages of project development, including taking the lead in System, User Acceptance and Integration testing.
• Provide scope and direction to other team members (including third party developers) by providing clear and concise requirements and coordinating development efforts.
• Lead training on the relevant Industrial modules and establish key user networks to ensure strong coordination of best practice, unified processes and initiatives.
• Ensure that reporting and management information requirements are being met by the appropriate systems through a process of user education and report development.

• Educated to degree level or equivalent technical qualification.
• Business background in relevant industrial areas essential.
• A minimum of 5 years experience using in relevant SAP module(s) implementation (including design, configuration, testing).
• Ideally able to read, debug, update ABAP / SAPscript / outputs & use LSMW.
• Good knowledge of integrations with other SAP Industrial modules and finance.
• Project management & planning experience.
• IT systems problem analysis, testing and resolution.
• Able to identify and manage the risks, issues and complexities involved in changing business systems.
• Team player who is results orientated, energetic, enthusiastic, flexible and self-motivated.
• Experienced at writing specifications and preparing/delivering training.
