We're looking for a fantastic Food to Go Assistant to join our team in our new, fully refurbished Cafe in Derby Bus Station. If you think you're up for the challenge, please get in touch!
To be successful, you'll need excellent people skills along with great food safety compliance and team work skills to ensure that the Food to Go Manager is supported in the effective running of our hot and cold food offerings.

Job Description
This is a great opportunity to work in a fantastic team at one of our flagship convenience stores in Derby Bus Station. Some of your key tasks will include:
- Ensuring food sales are maximised through achieving excellent Customer Service.
- Welcoming Customers to our Food to Go cafe effectively
- Recognising opportunities for additional sales
- Ability to deal with customer queries and complaints, referring to management where appropriate.
- Supporting the Food to Go Manager in ensuring that stock is replenished and administration is completed accurately.
- Producing 'made to order' sandwiches and other food items in line with Food Safety law.
