As an Analyst in the ICB Talent & Culture team you will be involved in working at the heart of the business, on one of their key priorities - being the place the best talent loves to work. The role involves regular contact with senior individuals with a blend of quant work (e.g. data analysis to diagnose needs) and qualitative work (e.g. devising and implementing solutions to those needs).

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Project management - able to prioritize tasks to achieve milestones/timelines, identify resources appropriately; track, monitor and communicate
  • Initiative, drive, and curiosity to take the work a step further each time; a desire/tendency to get highly engaged in your work
  • Strategic thinking - shows potential to detect and understand broader issues and patterns; always considers the big picture
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving - demonstrates curiosity and a logical, organized and methodical approach
