Title:
Administrative Assistant - ProjectsKBR’s global business comprises two main segments – Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) and Government Solutions (GS). This role sits within STS in the Integrated Solutions business unit. Integrated Solutions is the engineering and project delivery group providing services which include front-end and detailed engineering, procurement, construction services, and program management primarily in the hydrocarbons and energy transition industries.
KBR are looking for an Administrative Assistant who is able to organise & co-ordinate administration duties & office procedures. They must exhibit high levels of organisational effectiveness & communication to ensure the project runs smoothly.
Duties include:
- Scheduling meetings & appointments
- Organising travel
- Organising catering
- Maintaining office space & when necessary organising repairs
- Organising the office layout & seating arrangements & when necessary organising office moves
- Ordering stationery and IT equipment/software
- Providing general support to visitors
- Addressing employee queries (travel arrangements, hardware, stationery)
- Assisting in the onboarding process for new starters
- Events organisation – Conferences, project events, parties and dinners
- Liaising with Campus services – catering, security, Real Estate Services
- Compilation of reports & document formatting
- Expenses
- Raising Shopping Carts/Service Entries/Goods Receipts
- Organising Visas
- Providing support to both KBR & client personnel
