Kittle Group is looking for candidates with excellent writing and communication skills to become excellent bid writers. We are a rapidly growing Reading-based business specialising in tender writing, bidding, and public procurement. We support out clients to grow their businesses by writing their bids to win new work and contracts.
Your role will be to communicate with clients and understand their businesses so that you can effectively translate their service offering into compelling narrative. This is a great role to expose you to an array of organisations (such as charities, consultancy firms, and Tier 1 suppliers) and sectors (including: custody and justice; energy and tech; security and defence; health and social care; and civil engineering and construction).
We support clients in bidding for many iconic projects and your role will help our clients shape public sector service in the UK. Our writers become personally invested in the success of our clients and enjoy building long-lasting relationships as they support them time and time again.
We’re looking for diligent candidates who are excellent communicators, can take initiative, have good time management skills, and have the ability to work as a team (as well as independently). If you are adaptable, resilient, keen to develop your writing skills, and are a team player – we look forward to receiving your application.

Great candidates for this role often have a background in English Literature, Law, History, and other essay-based subjects. You will receive industry-leading training from a Senior Bid Consultant and be provided with continuous support.
