Join us and discover how this could work for you. The Business area: Data – the Crown Jewels of the bank, key to our strategy and at the centre of the Group’s investment programme. In DML, we 're shaping the Group’s ambition by enabling the bank to gain value from data by providing safe and efficient Group wide data capabilities and services. In order to maximise the utility from data, we are creating a Data Design Function to develop a portfolio of capabilities and patterns which can be adopted by DML Labs and programmes, plus federated teams in other platforms. The patterns allow for a higher quality outcome delivered in a way that is efficient, focussing on the whole experience of data, from the data itself to the metadata that describes the data to make it discoverable and the controls required to enable it to be trusted. What we want from you! We recognise the impact data can have on operating the bank, and we appreciate the sizeable opportunities data can bring to better serving our customers and growing the business.
