Essential Skills/Experience Required: Experience is playing the Scrum Master role for at least two years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory. Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certification, or similar, would be expected. Experience of working within a multi-team environment, where scrum team’s success and output relies on collaborating, synchronising and working with other scrum teams and the wider enterprise. Strong partner management and influencing skills Strong and confident social skills, able to build close relationships and interact with colleagues at various levels Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, tam building, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency. Strong understanding of JIRA, agile metrics and Kanban techniques. Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games. Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team (Cloud, Java, Microservices).
