Malvern International are experiencing a period of rapid growth and expansion of the sales division. For this reason, we are looking to bring onboard a highly motivated Sales Executive.
Malvern International is an education group which delivers a range of English language programmes. Part of our business is three language schools operating all year round, based in London, Brighton and Manchester.
JOB PURPOSE
As part of this role, you will be responsible for liaising with students from all over the world who want to study English language in our language centres located in London, Manchester and Brighton.
RESPONSIBILITIES and DUTIES
Sales processes
- Respond to students' enquiries in a timely manner via email, Whatsapp, social media channels, video calls and by phone.
- Be responsible for providing excellent experience and accurate information in the pre-arrival stage of communication with potential students.
- Promote our products and services by up-selling and cross-selling when opportunities arise
- Strive to meet students’ needs and find solutions to any potential issues; overcome barriers
- Daily follow-up of the enquiries, adding value in emails, calls and messages
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly and quarterly targets
- Communicate effectively with the academic, operations and accommodation teams
- Analyse communication received from potential students and make note of any issues that may be impacting the sales processes, then report to the Head of Sales
- Take part in Hubspot CRM, customer service and soft skills training programmes
- Record all steps in communication with a potential student on the Hubspot CRM software
- Assist in training new members of the team
- Coordinate with marketing on lead generation
- Undertake any other duties as required
- Cover for other sales team members if needed
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Essential:
- Highly motivated; driven to achieve targets; must be able to work well under pressure and to strict time deadlines
- Comfortable dealing with difficult situations and be able to think quickly on your feet
- Sales and customer service-oriented
- Technology savvy and willing to learn
- Results orientated and can maintain a high level of self-motivation
- Excellent organisational skills, time management, and attention to detail
- Outstanding customer service skills, with a friendly, helpful and efficient manner and ability to remain calm in busy times
If you speak another language such as Spanish/Italian/French/Portuguese/Arabic etc - that would be amazing as it will help you finalise deals!
Desired:
· A first degree or equivalent experience
· Experience of working collaboratively with people of various nationalities
We offer:
Bonus based on performance. Flexible working times (agreed upfront).
You can work remotely from home but if you are able to regularly travel to one or all of our schools this will be an advantage.

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
