Deine Rolle bei Matera:

Du identifiziert gemeinsam mit unseren 5 Customer Care Teams die Verbesserungspotentiale ihrer Prozessen
Du setzt eigenverantwortlich Automatisierungen und Veränderungen der operativen Prozesse um
Dein Fokus liegt dabei auf dem Zusammenspiel aus Effizienz der Teams und hoher Zufriedenheit der Kund*innen
Du ermöglichst den Teamleiter*innen anhand unserer Business Intelligence (Looker) tiefe Einblicke in die Performance ihrer Teams

Qualifikation

Das bringst du mit:

Du hast Erfahrung darin größere Projekte erfolgreich zu managen
Du bist neugierig und fragst nach, bis du Prozesse und Herausforderungen im Detail verstehst
Du kommunizierst strukturiert mit Stakeholder*innen und beziehst sie in die Projekte mit ein
Du sprichst Deutsch auf sehr gutem Niveau und kannst sicher auf Englisch kommunizieren, Französisch ist von Vorteil
