Position Overview & Specifications
The post holder will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate administration and reporting of training compliance of our staff. They will provide excellent customer service by assisting our learners in using ESR Learn. In addition they will have a supervisory role by supporting junior staff within the team.
Successful candidates will have experience of accurate and timely data inputting and excellent knowledge and application of Microsoft Office packages. They will be confident in using Standard Operating Procedures within an administrative and customer facing environment. They will be able to communicate confidently with staff and visitors and provide a professional service at all times.
Extensive experience of working in an administrative role is essential to this role.
The post holder will benefit from working within an established and highly supportive team. We offer a comprehensive induction programme alongside continuing support and personal development. If not currently held you will be expected and supported to work towards a Level 3 apprenticeship in an appropriate subject.
