The work is fast-paced and challenging so, we make sure that you have the work life balance that suits your needs as well as enabling us to deliver an outstanding service.

Our ideal candidate will also share the passion for PDSA’s underpinning values; Head & Heart, Passion with a Purpose, Better Together, & embody these within their role as Vet Surgeon Team Leader.

  • Understanding/ experience of operational efficiency.
  • Understanding/ experience of budgets / responsible use of charity resources.
  • Experience/ interest in Clinical auditing & protocols.
