Aufgaben

laufende Erfassung, Buchung und Bearbeitung aller lohnrelevanten Daten zur Vorbereitung der Entgeltabrechnung
Erstellen von Meldungen an Behörden, Institutionen und Finanzämter
Kreditorenbuchhaltung, Abklärung der Konten
Bearbeitung der laufenden monatlichen Finanzbuchhaltung
Vorbereitung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
Pflege der Stammdaten

Qualifikation

abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Steuerfachangestellten (m/w/d) oder vergleichbarer Abschluss mit Berufserfahrung und in der Finanzbuchhaltung
sehr gute EDV – Kenntnisse, insbesondere sehr gute Excel – Kenntnisse
eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise ist Ihnen bestens vertraut
fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C1) erforderlich
