Du bist offen für Anregungen und Austausch mit unseren Kolleg*innen und erkennst Handlungsbedarfe
Du stellst eine positive Mitarbeiter-Wahrnehmung sicher
Du bearbeitest personaladministrative Themen, wie das Vertrags- und das Bescheinigungswesen
Du überprüfst die Daten des Zeitwirtschaftssystems
Du pflegst die Mitarbeiterstammdaten
Du übernimmst vor- und nachbereitende Payroll-Tätigkeiten
