We need to make sure underrepresented voices are not only acknowledged but heard. You will be working with our Employee Resource Groups to further advance our collective understanding
  • Hold the line on black and white issues, be open to the gray- HR is a people business, first and foremost. You will understand the legal and compliance side of things, but also understand that all situations are unique and you are open to creative solutions, cemented in "what's the right thing to do?"
