Position Overview & Specifications
We are seeking a Experienced Dental Practice Admin for our family practice that focuses on high quality care. We are a FFS/PPO office.
Duties will be responsible for administering the day-to-day operations of the practice.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience in dental practice management. Working knowledge of Dentrix, budgeting and managing profit and loss.
- Proven financial/analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt style and approach based on audience.
- Ability to handle highly sensitive confidential matters.
- Full COVID-19 Vaccination Required or Subject to Weekly COVID-19 Testing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with (Dentrix) dental software.
- Experience with Paycom payroll software Foreign and/or Sign Language Skills (If required, level of fluency, written, verbal, Interpreter Certification):
Essential & Non-Essential Job Functions:
- Support the financial strategy by meeting the financial goals established for the practice.
- Propose and carry out processes which drive production and profitability.
- Execute operating policies to support overall company objectives.
- Participate in the financial management of the business, including office payroll functions.
- Oversee all accounts receivable management, including over-the-counter collections, prepare statements, follow up insurance claims, follow-up delinquent accounts and create payment arrangements with patients.

Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5 pm
