Main Duties/Responsibilities:
· Follow clients individual care plan
· Assisting with their personal care needs – toileting, bathing, dressing, changing
· Assisting with breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, being mindful to maintain nutritional and cultural needs
· Prompting or Assisting with medication
· Light domestic household tasks; laundry and general tidy up
· Taking client out in their local community
· Providing compassion and support to the client
Individuals qualities must include:

- Good communication skills, written, verbal and listening skills
- Commit to regular (flexible) hours
- Respect values, equality, diversity and rights
- Drivers with a UK or European license (Preferred)
