• Leading the operational area in cooperation with the Supervisors and Team Leaders
• Ensure order control and quality whilst meeting costs and KPIs
• Implementing and enforcing all processes in the operations area, as well as monitoring compliance and adjusting when changes are needed
• Responsible for the implementation and achievement of agreed targets in the operational area. Provide continuous improvement in operations processes. Monitoring targets, setting and following up on actions in case of non-achievement of the set KPIs
• You will manage the development, monitoring and adherence to quality and productivity metrics on site alongside the QEHS Manager, Engineering Manager and Business Controller.
• You are the key contact person for all customer-specific issues related to operations.

• Relevant experience within a logistics background
• You are confident with Warehouse Management Systems and MS-Office
• You will have a good command of written and spoken English
• You are a team player, have strong communication skills, fast paced environment, you also enjoy working independently and are characterised by goal-oriented, proactive work with a high level of commitment
• You will have a high willingness to learn and perform
• You enjoy working in a varied and exciting work environment for a global customer
• Experience in start up operations is desirable

Situated within the Midlands’ Golden Triangle of logistics and home to 36 different customers, Magna Park Lutterworth occupies over 11 million SQ FT (1 million SQ M) of sustainable floor space across 41 buildings.
