We offer a cutting-edge utility management service, taking the hassle out of shared bills for students. We currently operate in over 50 university locations nationwide helping thousands of students find their Ideal properties.

The role:
As our Salesforce Administrator you will be responsible for the configuration, customisation, and maintenance of Salesforce CRM to support the Sales, Operations and Marketing functions of the organisation.
You will work closely with all teams to ensure that Salesforce is optimised for efficient and effective business processes. This will include managing user profiles, security settings, data management, reports and dashboards and automation.

Key responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, profile and permission set management, data management, and security settings.
- Customise Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, flows, and validation rules to meet business requirements.
- Create and manage reports and dashboards to provide meaningful insights and analytics to sales and marketing teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and Operations, to gather and document business requirements and translate them into Salesforce configurations.
- Assist in the implementation of new Salesforce features and functionality, and provide training and support to end-users.
- Monitor and maintain data integrity, including data imports, data cleaning, and data quality assurance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues and system errors in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices, and make recommendations for system improvements.
- Manage and support integrations with other systems, such as marketing automation tools, ERP systems, and other third-party applications.
- Work with stakeholders to effectively implement solutions that are robust and designed to help the business grow.
Skills and experience:
- 1-2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably in a fast-paced business environment.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM concepts, data model, and best practices.
- Familiarity with Salesforce declarative customization tools, such as page layouts, flows, validation rules, and process builder.
- Experience in creating and managing reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
- Ability to gather and document business requirements and translate them into Salesforce configurations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (such as Salesforce Certified Administrator) is a plus.
- Knowledge of other Salesforce Clouds (such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud) and Salesforce Lightning Experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
