About the role
As part of the overall Network Operations and Customer experience function, you will perform customer installations along with break fix and maintenance work of our services. You will provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the installation process, where our customers will be connected to Upp’s network and begin their super-fast journey with us. This is a great opportunity to be at the heart of our full fibre roll out and part of an organisation that thrives on delivering a world class service to our simple, intelligent processes and technologies.As a Field Engineer, you will perform customer installs and maintenance of our network infrastructure along with delivering an exceptional experience to our customers.
